Reiki Level 1

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a universal life force energy healing modality and level I is the first exciting step of this wonderful healing energy.

Level 1  is self-healing and working within your own energy shifts.

Reiki is a specific healing support system, divided into three levels, which have been passed along from Reiki Master to student for the past hundred years since its rediscovery by Mikao Usui.

To be able to work with Reiki you will need to receive an attunement from a Reiki Master/Teacher.

In addition to self healing, Reiki will strengthen your intuition, and any other spiritual gifts you have.

During Level 1 we will cover:

• The Principles and History Of Reiki
• Reiki Hand Positions
• Japanese Reiki Techniques As Taught By Mikao Usui

You will receive a Reiki attunement, connect with your Reiki guides and other spiritual beings. 

After your attunement in Usui Reiki Level I, you will need to wait at least 21 days to move to the next level so that you may adjust to the energy shift.

This option is for those who have previously completed Reiki Level I and feel called to revisit the teachings through a full class experience. 

You will refresh your knowledge, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with your Reiki journey.  This review allows you to engage fully in the class alongside new students.

While your original attunement remains with you for life, this return to Reiki I offers renewed clarity, a deeper understanding of the energy, and the supportive structure to reignite your personal practice.
